My wife works for a small company, when she signed on last March she was told she’d be getting commission on top of her salary. She even has the commission calculation in an email. At the end of 2017 her boss(the owner) informed her that he would not be paying her commission (at all). We know we could get the money if we went to a lawyer, but she likes what she does, her base salary is decent, and the job is very flexible. How can we approach this without burning bridges and her needing to find a new job?

(I should also note her boss is a bit of a hot head)

wrx is about 10000$ more, and would require 91 and most likely cost more to maintain. would also be about 10$ more insurance per month.

But I plan to keep for a long time, what would you do? the sensible 5 speed with gps/leather

or the 6 speed with no gps no leather
